Originally built in 1899, this beautifully designed brownstone located in Prospect Heights, provided the perfect back drop to the renovations adapted to the home.

We undertook the renovation of the primary suite, primary bathroom, closet millwork, media wall, wet bar and theatre room, while also providing the decorative finishing and furniture throughout.
